A qualified Fitter and Turner with vast industry experience in Engineering Manufacturing, Maintenance Engineering and Production Operations Management.

He is a projects implementation specialist with a focus on Technical specialisation.

He has knowledge in skills and training, project planning and management.

He successfully set up a Production Technology simulation plant where the learners were trained and given the necessary knowledge and business-critical skills.

He holds the following qualifications: Qualified Fitter and Turner, National Diploma in Occupational Developing Educational Practitioner, Accredited A ssessor with MerSETA and ETDP and Accredited Moderator with MerSETA and ETDP.

He is currently a QCTO specialist for accreditation of Public and Private Technical training centres.

A Qualified Fitter and Turner with extensive Industrial experience in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.

He has worked in specialised chemical and radiation plant maintenance and tool rooms for the Nuclear Energy Corporation of South Africa (NECSA), for a number of years. He subsequently pursued a career in Engineering Training & Projects Implementation and completion, including specialised projects such as building training equipment for training centres, at Phelindaba Skills Institution at NECSA.

He then joined the SEIFSA Training Centre as a Senior Engineering Training Consultant and Section Head in the Mechanical Engineering Section. He has worked in close collaboration, and continues to work, with the Qualifications Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and the National Artisan Moderating Body (NAMB), in developing & implementing new artisan qualifications,  accrediting Skills Development Providers and Training Centres, to offer accredited technical and artisanal qualifications.  He is currently a senior project manager, on the Department of Higher Education’s, Centres of Specialisation Project. The Centre of Specialisation Project involves setting up Artisanal Skills Centres at 26 TVET colleges across the country, to offer the new QCTO Occupational qualifications for the mechanical, electrical, construction and related trades.

He is a Qualified Fitter and Turner, holds a National Diploma in Machenical Enginering  and is an  

accredited Assessor and Moderator with MERSETA, NAMB and QCTO.

He is currently one of a select group of verification specialists for QCTO and NAMB, in accrediting public and private technical training centres.

A qualified finance and administration professional who has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Working for large corporates and Public Entities, he has gathered a wide range of practical experience whilst maintaining a high level of technical expertise and competence.

He commenced his career as a management trainee and thereafter worked his way up the corporate ladder in several positions to his current position. He specializes in business turnaround strategies, reporting to enhance decision making, systems optimization, business development and relationship building, project management and has a keen interest in the upliftment of entrepreneurs in the country. Over the past five years he has done Leadership Coaching and does pro-bono work uplifting the future leaders of our beautiful country.

Currently he serves as a Non Executive Director on several Boards and is a member of several sub-committees of these Boards, namely the Governance, Investment, Actuarial and Audit Committees and in some instances Chairs these

sub-committees. He also has vast experience as a Trustee and serves as an Employer Trustee on the Metals Engineering Pension and Provident Funds.

Rajendra hold a B.Com (Hons) degree, a post graduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences, a higher Diploma in Tax Law, a Diploma in Road Transportation and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Witwatersrand (WBS). He is a registered Professional Accountant.
