Our consultants will be able to provide an analysis of skills development currently in place and provide different tailored made solutions in order to facilitate an increased score disproportionally to your spend.
Meaning we will see where your gaps are in skills development and propose training to maximise points and minimise spend.
In efforts to assist our clients with greater ‘bang for their buck’ we are able to increase the Skills Development score by being a skills provider in the different areas of the Skills Development Scorecard, (namely bursary, learnerships and apprenticeships)
This can be achieved through direct purchase of skills programmes that we offer as well as through Supplier Development initiatives to better assist the B-BBEE score card as a whole.
